Ching Luh Group Indonesia (JV) Receives the 2025 Revitalization of the “Gerakan Sayang Ibu” (GSI) Award 

Tangerang, October 13, 2025 – Ching Luh Group Indonesia (JV)’s commitment to supporting the well-being of female workers has once again received recognition. The company was awarded 3rd Place in the 2025 Revitalization of the “Gerakan Sayang Ibu” (GSI) Competition, organized by the Tangerang Regency Government. The award was presented directly by Deputy Regent of Tangerang, Mrs. Intan Nurul Hikmah, BBA, SE. 

The Gerakan Sayang Ibu (GSI), or Mother Care Movement, is a joint initiative between the government and the community aimed at improving the quality of life for women. In line with this spirit, Ching Luh has created a safe, healthy, and women-friendly workplace by providing various support facilities for pregnant employees, including designated canteen lanes, extra fooding, priority parking and attendance, working hours adjustment to avoid night shifts, regular ultrasound check-ups, and comfortable lactation rooms. 

Beyond that, for all female employees, the company also provides family planning programs (KB), early detection of cervical cancer (IVA test), and dedicated transportation for women working night shifts as part of its ongoing commitment to employee protection and well-being. 

This achievement reflects Ching Luh’s continuous effort to foster an inclusive workplace that promotes women’s health, safety, and overall well-being.

 

 

Ching Luh Group Indonesia (JV) Raih Penghargaan Revitalisasi Gerakan Sayang Ibu (GSI) Tahun 2025 

Tangerang, 13 Oktober 2025 – Komitmen Ching Luh Group Indonesia (JV) dalam mendukung kesejahteraan pekerja perempuan, kembali mendapat pengakuan. Ching Luh meraih Juara 3 Lomba Revitalisasi Gerakan Sayang Ibu (GSI) 2025 yang diselenggarakan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang. Penghargaan diserahkan langsung oleh Wakil Bupati Tangerang, Ibu Intan Nurul Hikmah, BBA, SE.  

Gerakan Sayang Ibu (GSI) merupakan inisiatif bersama pemerintah dan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup perempuan. Sejalan dengan semangat tersebut, Ching Luh menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, sehat, dan ramah bagi perempuan melalui penyediaan berbagai fasilitas pendukung bagi ibu hamil seperti jalur khusus di kantin, makanan tambahan, parkir dan absensi prioritas bagi ibu hamil, penyesuaian jam kerja agar ibu hamil tidak dijadwalkan bekerja malam hari, cek USG berkala, serta ruang laktasi yang nyaman.  

Tak hanya itu, bagi seluruh karyawan perempuan, perusahaan menghadirkan program KB, deteksi dini kanker rahim (IVA test), serta transportasi antar jemput khusus bagi karyawan perempuan yang bekerja di shift malam, sebagai bentuk perlindungan dan kepedulian terhadap kesejahteraan pekerja. 

Pencapaian ini mencerminkan semangat Ching Luh untuk terus menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif dan mendukung kesejahteraan perempuan.
